Roseanna Dias created Studio Susegad after developing strategies of radical care in cultural production for many years. Most of her work centred supporting people of colour, young creatives, and artists and organisations starting out or making changes to how they work.

Studio Susegad was built on years of experience in critical thinking, and curatorial, production, inclusion and engagement expertise. We adapt our approach for a variety of sectors, such as community settings, film and media, activism, tech, and academia.

Traditional production processes and leadership models marginalise many people. We design spaces where we can all thrive, not just survive. We spread that change by sharing co-creation, anti-racism, and accessibility best practices with other organisations and leaders.

We help leaders and organisations re-evaluate the vital role of rest in productivity and embed practices of care in the work space. We do this by developing care strategies and embedding their principles in both everything we deliver for our clients and our own organisation’s systems.
